- CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0013-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans. Project involves widening the bridges at three locations to accommodate the widening of SR 99 from a four-lane to a six-lane freeway for the Tulare to Goshen southern segment, and the construction of new frontage road (FR-1) east of SR 99.
