Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the Project applicant. Caltrans proposes to widen the existing Bridge (Br No 46-0127) which consists of double box culverts on the same alignment. The total length of the bridge would be maintained at 18.5 feet and the width will increase from the 123.4 feet to 137.0 feet to accommodate widening SR 99 from 4 lanes to 6 lanes. The new width will include 90 feet for lanes, a 24-foot median and 10 foot outer shoulders with 1.5 foot thick type 736 concrete barriers on each side. An estimated 240 square feet of timber falsework will support the new structure during construction.
