The California Department of Transportation proposes to reconstruct and modify the existing interchange of State Route 74 (SR 74) and Interstate 215 (I-215) from the intersection of 4th Street and "G" Street to the I-215 at Redlands Avenue, and from the I-215 interchange to San Jacinto Avenue in the City of Perris in Riverside County.
