The project consists of updating the Laton Community Plan. The Community Plan update focuses on revising the current community plan including the Land Use, Transportation/Circulation and Public Facilities elements. Existing community plan policies have been revised to make them consistent with the Fresno County 2000 General Plan. Additionally, new goals, policies and implementation programs may have been developed to address the community needs.
