Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide 2.03 acres into two residential parcels at 9821 Apple Street in the Spring Valley Community Planning Group, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Current Urban Development Area (CUDA), Land Use Designation (4) Residential. Zoning for the site is RS3. The site contains an existing single family residence that would be retained. Access would be provided by tandem private driveway connecting to Apple Street. The project would be served by the Spring Valley Sanitation District for sewer and the Otay Water District for imported water.
