The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0409-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Petrovich Development, of Fair Oaks California. Filling of 0.251 acre of wetlands, seasonal drainage and riparian scrub, and the removal of approximately 96 oak trees of various species associated with riparian and upland habitats present at the site. Appropriate mitigation credits will be purchased on a 1:1 basis to provide no net loss for both the filling of the wetlands and for the removal of the oaks.
