Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code with the project applicant, Anne and Glen Albright, 968 Balboa Street, P.O. Box 942, Morro Bay, California 93442. The project consists of the installation of a span bridge, consisting of two parallel railroad flat cars, over an intermittent stream, as part of the construction of an access driveway to a home site. Silt fencing, fiber rolls, gravel bags and catch basins will be installed to prevent sedimentation of the stream. Disturbed areas will be restored and revegetated with native species following construction.
