Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Devincenzo. The current project, as part of the Devincenzo Fruit Ranch Subdivision, consists of the replacement of an existing bridge with a new bridge 60 feet long and 13 feet wide, in order to comply with Cal Fire Department Requirements. Total site disturbance will be 1,100 square feet, which is the footprint of the new concrete abutments. Existing bridge and support structures will be removed, and vertical steel beams bridge supports would be cut at existing grade and capped. Construction will occur during the dry season between April 15 and June 15, 2008. Silt fencing and straw wattles will be installed surrounding the excavated areas to prevent sedimentation of the stream.
