The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Thomas Conway and Rancho Arroyo Grande, LLC. The applicant proposes to replace an existing bridge structure on Phoenix Canyon Road over Arroyo Grande Creek and install a new "at-grade" crossing over an unnamed tributary to Phoenix Creek.
