Document Description
A General Plan Amendment of approximately 2.28 acres from Timber Production (t) to Rural Residential (RR). The GPA facilitates a Zone Reclassification of 1.28 acres from Unclassified (U) and one acre from the Timber Production Zone (TPZ), through an immediate conversion, to Agriculture General with a B-6 combining zone (AG-B-6). The B-6 combining zone sets the parcel size per the parcel map of record. Both amendments will facilitate a voluntary merger of lands conveyed in violation of subdivision regulations. The project will site two existing residences onto the resultant 2.28-acre parcel and an existing residence on the resource parcel.
