Document Description
Big Creek Elementary School provides education for citizens of the State. The wastewater treatment plant at the school provides required treatment of the wastewater produced on site. The wastewater treatment plant is in poor repair and cannot meet the waste discharge requirements set forth by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. The wastewater treatment plant must be upgraded so that the school can remain in operation.
