Document Description
Project consists of the sale and assignment of 102 square feet of Class 1, 2, 3 ground restoration credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel on which a replacement of an existing pump station to an existing water tank will be constructed. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in Bailey Class 3 areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
