Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to be California Integrated Waste management Board (CIWMB) to access State property within Cowell Ranch John Marsh SHP. The Right of Entry Permit will be issued for CIWMB to enter the park unit and remove trash dumped into Marsh Creek in an area approximately 0.25 acres in size. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code. DPR will advise CIWMB if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, Threatened/Endangered Species, or other resource issues within the work area. This Right of Entry will provide legal access and use of this property to CIWMB while protecting natural and cultural resources.
