Sacramento County Water Agency Zone 41 (SCWA) seeks to purchase Lot 40 of Delta Estates Homeowners Association Subdivision, and area of approximately 0.59 plus or minus acres. The purchase includes the existing on site water well, and will allow for a redundant water production facility and future water tank and booster station to enhance the fire fighting capabilities of the existing SCWA Walnut Grove water system. The construction of the water tank and booster station will be subject to further environmental review.
