Document Description
The proposed project consists of the following:
1. A Tentative Parcel Map to divide approximately 157.83 gross acres into two (2) lots in the AG-80 (Agricultural) zone. (Note: Neither lot will have building entitlements, as development rights have already been granted to the County. Any future rescission of development rights would require discretionary approval by the Board of Supervisors, which is subject to CEQA review.)
2. An Exception to lot size to allow one lot to be no more than 10% less in area than the minimum 80 gross acres required for the AG-80 zone. The proposed lot will be 77.83 gross acres.
