Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to upgrade 3 drainage culverts and the repair of one concrete headwall at 4 locations across State Route 89 in southern Plumas County. As part of the construction activities a total of 0.13 acres of water of the U.S. will be affected. Caltrans proposes to mitigate for all permanent impacts to waters of the U.S. at the Caltrans Crescent Mills Conservation Area in the Community of Crescent Mills in Plumas County. In addition, Caltrans proposes to implement the Graeagle Culverts Revegetation Plan for repairable temporary access impacts.
