Document Description
A Mr. Dene Davidson, a private landowner, owns and operates at .7 mile long rural access road on his 40 acre parcel in Santa Cruz County. In June 2008, during the Summit Fire in Santa Cruz County, the majority of the 19 cross drain culverts installed for drainage purposes along this access road were destroyed. This project will result in the reinstallation of these cross drain culverts.
