Improve safety by reducing the potential for motorists to run off a steep embankment (at Location 2) or to collide with fixed objects (at Locations 1 and 3). At Location 4 (Sac-106) metal beam guard rail is already in place but needs to be modified to provide an opening for access to a boat ramp on the Sacramento River levee.
