Document Description
For the restoration of the storm flow damaged SBKR Mitigation Island project, the Applicant is proposing to grade temporary roadways into Lytle Creek to provide transportation routes to the eroded areas of the habitat island to reclaim 3.88 acres of the eroded areas and restore and maintain the characteristics of the eroded areas that were most beneficial to the long term conservation of the SBKR. The project will temporarily impact and restore jurisdictional areas including ~0.40 of sparsely vegetated ephemeral braided wash habitat.
