Tentative Parcel Map T08-007 to facilitate a lot line adjustment with a neighboring parcel. The site is zoned R-3:D (Multi-Family Residential:Design Control Combining) and O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The area to be adjusted is zoned R-3:D. The property is currently 5.1 plus or minus acres while the neighboring parcel near the southern portion of the property is 0.3 plus or minus acre. The applicant's project site will be reduced to 5.0 plus or minus acres. The neighboring parcel will acquire a 0.4 plus or minus acre parcel in the northern portion of the project site.

After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15268 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the lot line adjustment is a ministerial project as defined in Section 15369 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
