Reasons for Exemption
After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15303 and 15304 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project has been modified by the property owner to incorporate measures to protect the environment. The exceptions in Section 15300.2 of the State CEQA Guidelines do not apply. Therefore, it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the proposed project would result in a significant effect on the environment.
