Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 639 square feet of potential coverage rights and the sale and assignment of 2,118 sq. ft. of restored Class 1, 2, or 3 credit from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving project where an existing public road right-of-way will be graded, paved, and used for utility extensions. The transfer enables the adjoining homeowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
