Document Description
On September 3, 2003 Richard and Loraine Garvin filed a Petition for Change with the State Water Resources Control Board Division of Water Rights (Division), pursuant to the provisions of Water Code section 1700. The petition requests authorization to: (1) change the Point of Diversion from onstream diversion in the Smith River to two wells located in the subterranean stream; (2) delete parcel 105-260-005 (owned by the Department of Stockwatering and Domestic uses to the existing irrigation purpose of use on License 4720 (Application 14948).
