Document Description
The water course has been interrupted by the construction of retaining walls, stream bank armoring with concrete and mortar and landscaping within the setback of the watercourse. The watercourse restoration project will consist of 1) removing 100 feet of concrete walls, debris, refuse, dead plants and a fence from the water course setback area, 2) removing soil, rock and debris from the bottom of the water course 3) planting native vegetation along the watercourse 4) placing rock and a coir log with wood stakes along the eater course and 5) installing a drip system for the vegetation in the watercourse setback and terrace area. The work will provide erosion control for the subject property.
