Document Description
Alter the bed, banks, and channel of an unnamd tributary to Walnut Creek for the purpose of restoring a segment of stream that was altered without notification to or authorization from the Department, and to restore capacity within the creek by the excavation of silt and sediment. The activities will be conducted in five phases; The applicant will move the existing horse stable from the creek side to the North side of the property, remove trash to a location where it can not get washed into the creek during flood events, remove non-native vegetation such as castor bean, palm trees, pepper trees from the creek within the property line, and all disturbed portions of the streambed or banks, if any, shall be restored to the pre-existing condition or better.
