Document Description
On July 15, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Desert Water Agency approved the execution of a Water Conservation Funding Agreement ("Agreement"). The Agreement anticipates the future receipt of funding from CPV Sentinel, LLC for the study and implementation of water conservation measures. The Agreement is made contingent upon the completion of all required environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the receipt of State agency approvals, including those of the California Energy Commission, before water conservation projects are approved or implemented.
