Document Description
The proposed project will involve stream bank restoration at the Conn Dam facility at 1000 Sage Canyon Creek (Hwy 128) on Conn Creek, tributary to the Napa River in Napa, California (APN# 030-130-004, Napa 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle). The project will repair bank erosion caused by the 2005/06 New Year's flood event. The bank has eroded in several places along the Conn Dam pipeline making equipment access difficult. The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0225-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
