Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to install an electrical line from an existing electrical building adjacent to the San Diego Canal to the copper sulfate system conveyor to provide a permanent electrical source to the conveyor. The conveyor, which supports the copper sulfate application program at Lake Skinner, is currently powered by a portable generator. Metropolitan will excavate a trench approximately 200 feet long by 2 feet wide by 3 feet in depth, install electrical line in the trench from the electrical building to the conveyor, and backfill the trench.
