The project would reconfigure existing electrical lines to improve distribution for safety, reliability, and efficiency. It would add the second half of an electric switchgear, already analyzed in the Electrical Improvements, Phase 3 Negative Declaration (SCH #2005092018); add duct bank in two utility corridors; and shift distribution loops at existing manholes, switches, and duct banks.
