Document Description
This project consist of the creation of a kite surfing zone of approximately 133 yards for kite surfers on the beach side of Silver Strand State Beach. The zone will be adjacent to the entrance roadway. A 20 foot pole marker with a windsock will be added 30 yards north of entrance gate. Signage will be relocated and added as well as a 4-8 foot sand berm to control public access.
