Document Description
Upgrade railroad switches and provide electrical power to the site. The proposed project will require directional drilling 2 holes, approximately 3 feet deep under the railroad tracks from the existing switch boxes. A 2-3 feet deep trench will be dug to both switches on the north-southbound (NS) and east-westbound (EW) lines at these locations, approximately 700 and 800 feet, respectively. An additional 360 foot trench will be excavated to connect a sensor on the curved portion connecting the NS and EW lines.
