Issue a Right of Entry Permit and Operation and Maintenance Easement to Aeroject to construct and operate a water quality monitoring well on State property within Folsom Lake State Recreation Area (SRA). A Right of Entry permit will be issued for an area of approximately 20 feet by 80 feet for Aerojet to enter the SRA off Folsom Boulevard at Iron Point Road onto the paved bike trail along Lake Natoma to construct and install a water quality monitoring well.
