Project includes interior plaster/sheetrock of the interior walls, final finish carpentry (wood trim, moldings, doors and hardware); final finish electrical including restored or reproduction fixtures; final plumbing in kitchen and restrooms in adjacent tank house; final paint and wall paper and floor finishing.
