The Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District would like to adopt the estimated revenues, expenditures, and interfund transfers for all funds and reserves for the revised 2007/08 FY and for the 2008/09 FY. The District would also like to adopt the Long-Term Financial Plan as an operating guideline for the scheduling and financing of future capital projects and bond issuance.

It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that this activity may have a significant effect on the environment (Sec. 15061(b)(3)). The activity involves only feasibility and/or planning studies for possible future actions (Sec. 15262). The activity includes information collection activities which will not result in a disturbance of the environment, and may lead to an action which a public agency has not yet approved, adopted, or funded (Sec. 15306).
