Western is proposing various operation and maintenance procedures for its existing North Area electrical transmission line infrastructure, rights-of-way, communication facilities, and access roads. The project area extends from just north of the Oregon-California border, south to San Joaquin County, California and traverses 15 counties between. Proposed operation and maintenance activities include, but are not limited to, facility inspection/repair, vegetation management, and equipment upgrades.
