Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing building and would construct a five-story residential building with four floors of residential apartments and one ground-level floor of parking with an entryway and lobby. The building would provide 11 residential units, consisting of 3 one-bedroom units, 6 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units. The ground floor of the building would provide 11 off-street parking spaces, including two handicap accessible spaces.
The proposed building would be 50 feet tall and would provide approximately 11,255 square feet (sq. ft.) of residential space, approximately 4,480 sq. ft. of common open space, and 120 sq. ft. of private open space.
