The Los Prados Trunk Sewer Relief Project (Project) includes the construction of a 30-inch diameter trunk sewer pipeline within S. Norfolk Street. The Project's primary objective is to eliminate capacity deficiencies within the existing the Los Prados-South Shoreview Sanitary Sewer System between Dale Avenue and State Route 92, which results in sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) along Norfolk Street.
