- Sonoma Valley county Sanitation District field Wastewater Change Petition WW0096 with the SWRCB to reduce the rate and volume of treated wastewater discharged from three existing outfalls located at Schell Slough and Fly Bay from Nov. 1 to April 30 of the succeeding year. This change is part of the North Bay Water Reuse Program whose purpose is to provide recycled water for agricultural, urban, and environmental uses in the North San Pablo Bay region.
