The Recycled Water Expansion Project: Central Service Area Project is part of a larger Recycled Water System Expansion project spanning approx. 5.5 miles from the Novato Sanitary District Waste Water Treatment Plant to west of Hwy 101. This portion of the project involves the installation fo a 16-inch diameter pipe using horizontal directions drilling (HDD) technique under the unnamed drainage channel (channel). The HDD will be approx. 500 feet long at a depth of no less than 5 feet below the low point of the creek (Exhibit B). The bore pits on either side of the channel will be at least 50 feet away from the top of bank. The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0189-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code tot eh project Applicant, Drew McIntyre, North Marin Water District.
