The Novato Sanitary District (SD) and the North Marin Water District would implement service int he Novato Central Service Area through construction of a recycled water distribution system from the Novato SD Waste Water Treatment Plant south to Rowland Blvd. and the Vintage Oaks shopping center, and across Hwy 101 to serve urban users west of Hwy 101. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 49-year General Lease - Public Agency Use for a 16-inch diameter recycled water pipeline on the Rowland Way Bridge through February 27, 2040.
