Document Description
As a Responsible Agency, State Water Board considered the EIR prepared by Sonoma County Water Agency titled North Bay Water Recycling Program (SCH # 2008072096) and the Addendum prepared by Napa Sanitation District titled MST Recycled Water Project (SCH # 2008072096). Napa Sanitation District, as a member of the North Bay Water Reuse Authority, is proposing to reduce the wastewater discharge from the Soscol Water Treatment Facility (WWTP) by up to 9.8 cubic feet per second. The water will be used for irrigation within the Milliken-Sarco-Tulucay (MST) service area to the east of the City of Napa, in Napa County.
