New construction of two 24 inch piers to support a 24-inch diameter steel pipe, removal and replacement of rock slope protection, removal of Himalayan blackberry, and planting of native vegetation. The project is located on Cayetano creek adjacent to 2022 Imola Avenue in the City of Napa, California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0122-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Andrew Damron/Napa Sanitation District.
