Document Description
The proposal will reduce the site's density from 14 custom lots of the previous approval to 6 custom lots. Habitable structures and private yards will be confined to the designated building envelopes of each lot totaling ~4.97 acres of potentially developable area with the remaining 24.82 acres set aside as permanent open space. The proposal includes building and landscape design guidelines for the individual lot developments, construction of private infrastructure, and the construction of public infrastructure including street widening, turning lanes, a bicycle lane, and the partial realignment of a drainage channel and the installation of new channel as mitigation.
