Document Description
The project consists of a 128 unit mobile home park. During early consultation a mobile home park subdivision was proposed. Since then it has been determined that the state (HCD) would still control such a park, hence the subdivision request is deleted. Each lot has a two-car garage and additional spaces for a total of four off-street parking spaces. Additional guest and RV parking is available. The park also includes a manager's residence, storage yard, clubhouse, and recreational/park facilities. Nematode Road, the accessing road form Johnstonville Road will be widened and dedicated as a public street. A larger cul-de-sac will be constructed at the entrance of the park. Underground utilities for water and sewer will also be installed.
