- NOTE: Review per lead/ Addendum to EIR The Administrative Office of the Courts is acquiring a parcel from the City of Stockton, will construct a new 30-courtroom courthouse on the parcel, and will operate the courthouse for the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin. The new courthouse will replace the existing courthouse in Stockton and the existing Courthouse Annex. The new Stockton Courthouse will be a 12-story building plus a roof-top machinery room with a total height of approximately 220 feet and a gross area of approximately 325,000 square feet. The AOC's proposed project change consists of the addition of two parcels (149-020-005 and 149-020-006) along the west side of Humter Square. The proposed additional parcels have a total area of approximately 0.2 acres. The AOC intends to use the parcels for additional space for the proposed courthouse.
