Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a 40 foot wide by 96 foot long (3,840) by 16 feet 2 inches high single story storage building in order to store wood products. The proposed structure will be located adjacent to Standard Veneer Road. A wetland area is located south of the subject parcel. A portion of a 100 foot buffer from the wetland is located on the southwest portion of the parcel. The structure is 250 feet or more from the edge of the buffer.
