The project consists of enlarging the existing substation by adding a second 20 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA) transformer and associated equipment and enlarging the substation footprint from 50-foot wide by 100-foot deep area (approximately one-tenth of an acre) to 150-feet wide by 120-feet deep area (approximately four-tenths of an acre).
