The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Amendment 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-37386-R2,
pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Natomas Mutual
Water Company as represented by Brett Gray.
Amendment 1 included the project’s removal of four (4) riparian trees and increased the
project’s permanent riparian habitat impact and required mitigation.
