Planned Development Amendment to modify an existing Planned Development in order to develop up to an additional 20,000 sf of office space to be used for professional office uses and health care facilities. 10,000 sf of office space is proposed to be developed in a single structured located in Parcel 3. The additional 10,000 sf of commercial office space would be developed in two separate structures within the designated Remainder Parcel. The accompanying Vesting Parcel Map to subdivide the 3.06 acre Remainder Parcel into two parcels encompassing 0.52 acre (Parcel 4) and 2.80 acres (Remainder) was previously approved by the Planning Commission.
