Concurrent Zone Change and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map approval to modify an existing Planned Development in order to develop up to an additional 20,000 sf of office space to be used for professional offices uses and health care facilities. 10,000 sf of office space is proposed to be developed in a single structure located in Parcel 3. The additional 10,000 sf of commercial office space would be developed in 2 separate structures within the designated Remainder Parcel. The Vesting Tentative Parcel Map would subdivide the 3.06 acre Remainder Parcel into 2 parcels encopassing 0.52 acre (Parcel 4) and 2.80 acres (Remainder).
